Do Bandit Signs Work in Orange County CA

I am going to start my bandit sign campaign in Orange County CA. I was wondering the following...

1. What kind of response rate do you get?
2. Which cities and/or intersections do you recommend?
3. Any cities I should avoid due to police removing the signs or possible citation?
4. What wording works have worked best for you? (We Buy Houses or Sell your House Fast, etc.)
