Starting out with wholesaling
How do I get proof of funds or find a hard money lender?

If you are wholesaling, build your buyers list first. Get proof of funds and pre-qualification letters from your buyers in advance. At least one or two. I always had a list of 30 plus buyers before I started looking for deals.
