Looking for advice on wholesaling

I am trying to break into real estate. I was introduced to wholesaling about 9 years ago.. At the time,, I was more focused on getting my degree.. I have always wanted to get into real estate (wholesaling,flipping,renting). I am at a point in my life where I know the traditional 9-5 is not for me, I am ready to make some things happen. There is so much information out here, I recently came across Tony the closer and Astro Flipping (can't remember his name). Does anyone use these systems? Are there others anyone has had success with?
