What's the best way for New Wholesalers to source Seller Lists?

Hi BP Fam,

I'm really excited to be finalizing my marketing and website. I'm ready to drive for dollars, leave flyers, etc. I really want to cover my bases by sourcing seller lists and POUNDING the phones with cold calls then direct mail.

I've read that one way is to reach out to agents for expired listings and others suggest buying from list services like PS. I can allocate funds to a list, but I want to make sure my dollars are spent wisely if I'm going to be calling an hour a day for a month straight.

Thanks in advance for your advice. I feel like every time that I get stuck, I come here and get a great wealth of diverse resources and answers. Really helpful as I'm taking massive action!
