Oklahoma HB 3104 Act to prohibit RE wholesaling without a license

Does anyone know the status of the Okla HB 3104 that would prohibit Real Estate wholesaling without a license? I live in Okla and was about to jump into this arena when I came upon the fact that it was in committee in February. No one here in the Oklahoma RE FB groups seem to know.
