I have talked with several people who are trying to do this. The problem is that it is really hard to really see what kind of problems a house has when you can not walk it directly. It ends up being a waste of time for the person who goes to all of the properties to see them when they end up NOT being deals. Contractors will only go so many times to see a house for you before they want to get paid. Other investors MAY go for you once or twice, but they tire quickly also.

I may be wrong, though. If you do have something that seems interesting, I am always buying!!
