Wholesaling Land with House Foundation
There is a property where a house used to be, but it appears to have burned down a few years ago, from the images I can find online. The foundation is still present on the property, but nothing else. Is it possible to wholesale the property? I assume the buyer would have to be someone who would be willing to completely rebuild on or possibly excavate the current foundation.
I have also attempted to contact a few homeowners with cold calls, but keep getting "number not valid". Any suggestions on where to find correct/current information?
