Hi guys,

I just got my first wholesale deal! I also have an investor who is very interested in the property. Couple questions I have:

1. How would you determine my 'fee'? The selling price that we agreed on is $61K.
2. I have the signed assignment contract. What's next? Do I ask my investor to get his lawyer to do all the paperwork?
