Looking for Memphis, TN Wholesalers

Hello BP Family,

My name is Tim. I currently live in Miami and have been investing for a couple of years now. About a year ago I started looking at the Memphis Market due to skyrocketed prices in Miami and immediately knew I could make it work. I dove in head first and purchased a Duplex with intentions to BRRR it out but the worst case scenario happened to me and my contractor ran off with my money but not motivation. Fast forward, I ended up adding a duplex to my portfolio and currently under contract for another duplex. I'm now also working with a partner and private money. My goal is to purchase and BRRR a property once a month or every other month. As you all know, finding leads is always the hardest and most important part about investing. I am looking for any wholesalers in Memphis that I can connect with.
