Buying property from another wholesaler

I am new and looking at a buying a property from another wholesaler.  The contract they sent me says it is not assignable without their consent.

Since the contract assigns all their right in the property to me, and the original contract is assignable, doesn't that then transfer to me? Or do I need to change the wording to where it is assignable.
