Sellers are under a rock!

I’m having a really hard time finding motivated sellers on my own & I’m trying hard to not let myself become discouraged. Over the past few months I’ve cold called (boldly) & spoken with over 400 preforclosure owners multiple times!

I feel as if I should invest in a crm or a company that offers lead generating services. I can feel the desperation creeping up. I know I have the skills to do deals. I just can’t seem to get any.

You have the lead flow you don't need a company for that. I'm sensing it may be in HOW you are speaking with them. Chris goes over many things building rapport being one of the many.
