Simple joint venture agreement
I am opening some new markets and want to get some property to market to my buyers while I work leads from my marketing. I would like to partner with some wholesalers using a joint venture agreement that isn't intimidating but protects both parties and keeps us legal as non brokers. Is anyone using a joint venture agreement that keeps it simple? Willing to share?
