For the investors, what have your experiences been with wholesalers? I’m looking to assist investors in finding great deals, help motivated sellers sell quickly and as easily as possible, and generate some income for myself to fund my own deals!

I’ve gotten sort of mixed reviews when it comes to the wholesaling strategy—just wanted to get thoughts from all of you!
