Seller Objection Help Needed For Wholesaling

Chrisna Ouk
Posted

Hello so I was just curious, what are some things I can say or do if a seller tells me "I have no place to go once I sell my property/home". Is there anything I can do to help them and how exactly should I respond?

@Chrisna Ouk Is this person trying to sell their home or did you reach out to them asking if you can purchase their home? If they have their home for sale but have no actual interest in selling I would simply ask why?  If you reached out to them than you would just have to move on.
