I haven't yet tried wholesaling large apartment buildings. I have wholesaled plenty houses and received nice sized checks at closing. but I would like to know if the process is the same. I do understand the formula used to determine the value of the multi unit buildings. I just want to from beginning to end is the steps taken the same. Please help me out..Thank you
