Assignment contracts in Tennessee

I am currently getting my real estate license, but also plan to begin marketing for distressed properties next month in the Murfreesboro/Nashville, TN area. I have a few relationships that I plan to whole sale to/partner with on flips. I am currently getting everything organized (Direct Mail Service Provider, Content of Letters, Mailing Lists, etc) and was curious on if Tennessee has a state specific assignment contract. I know other state’s purchase and sale contracts do not vary too much in terms of content, but they still have different, state specific contracts. Is it the same for assignment contracts? Also, if any whole saler that sees this doesn’t mind, please drop a copy or a link to your assignment contract in the comments below so that I can get an idea of what everyone is using instead of just pulling something off of the internet.
