Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement for Nebraska

Is anyone willing to share a purchase and sale agreement for Nebraska that they use? I realize it's wise to have one looked over by a real estate attorney before use.  I searched BP knowing someone else must have asked this question in the past and found some old posts, including one that said I could get one from the BP File place (under resources - File Place - Forms), although I am having trouble finding that on the site.  I suspect that things have been reorganized since the post was written.  Any help would be appreciated!   Thank you for reading and happy investing everyone!!
