[Question] Wholesale in Northern Virginia/DMV 2020

Hi, I'm a licensed real estate agent from NYC who grew up in NOVA. Due to Covid-19, I'm planning on temporary relocation to Falls Church, VA for couple months with my family.

While I'm staying in NOVA, I would like to kick start my wholesale business there because I heard that wholesaling is much easier in VA compared to NY. I already have some experience as an agent, so I just need to translate that knowledge into DMV wholesale.

Here are some of my questions:

Is Virginia a attorney state or a title company state? (what about MD and DC?) 

What is the medium wholesale property price range in NOVA/DMV? 

How much commission do you make it on average wholesale in VA/MD/DC?

Do you need a license to do wholesale in DMV tristate? 

Are bandit signs, cold calling, and door knocking legal in DMV? 

What are some of the best areas to drive for dollar in NOVA/DMV? 

Are there still a lot of wholesale deals happening during covid-19 in DMV? 

Any other tips and advices are appreciated.
