Wholesaling Question
Hello BP Fam!
I have a possible deal. I found a property. 936 sf 2br/1 bath. The owner wants $50k. This is an estimate the he saw on Zillow.com. I pulled comps on the property.
I found 4 other properties in the area that sold w/in the last 6months for at the most $30k.
I made him a tenative offer of $16,5k but no more than $23K. The owner told me that he had some other offers one for $15k another for $20K.
Should I stick with my initial offer or should I offer a little more?
The house is old built in the 1950's. The owner's wife is very movitated to sale.
Any good advice is welcomed Thanks!
