How much is too much bugging?
I have a colleague who I met at a reia who has access to the MLS. We both are starting out and looking to wholesale properties. I have had a few leads come in and expect (a lot!) more. Ive asked him for comps on a few properties and they were happily given. However, I worry that at some point it will be annoying and unwelcome when I keep calling him to pull me comps. Is there anything I can do about this?
