Tennessee WholeSaling - Newbie

Hi everyone I’m a newbie to Real Estate investing and I just wanted to introduce myself to the BP team. I’ve currently been gaining so much knowledge in wholesaling but have yet to implement what I’ve learned. I’m from Tennessee and I’d love to pick minds with someone from Tennessee that’s been successful at wholesaling around the area. I’m close to Memphis TN & Jackson TN and I will be wholesaling in that area. Even if you’re not in the TN area, I’d love to chat or get some useful information that would be useful for a Newbie.

@Haven Phelps Hi! I definitely wouldnt call myself a veteran but Ive been wholesaling full time for 6 years so I like to think I have some good experience. Happy to help you any way I can!
