I've recently taken interest in wholesaling.  I'm having trouble understanding why a seller sign a contract with a wholesaler for little or no money upfront.  How would I convince a seller to allow me to sell their property?  Is it similar to a contract with a real estate agent?  Also is it true this can be done with no money exchange between the seller and the wholesaler?
