New to wholesaling Oklahoma/Okc

Hello all BP users!

as i am new to wholesaling (havent made my first deal yet) i was hoping to find here a helping hand to actually show me the ropes and ways to get to my first wholesale deal.

i am motivated and eager to succeed in this business.

in theory of course is all easy although quite confused on how to implement it. I can find a house for sell (distress seller) evaluate it and surronding area and so on...

have read alot, heard alot if its blogs, youtube,"gurus" and still can not really put my finger on it.

if anyone is willing to help me better understand the process or even link with up me so i'll see how when and where would be great (as i find it much more practical for me to actually see the doings) id be grateful and could'nt thank you enough.

thank you very much in advance.
