Buy my own assignment of contract?
I'm purchasing a house for 118k that's worth about 155-165 conservatively. Last week, I sold the smaller house across the street to buyer clients which appraised for 174 in similar condition. It's already rented and the tenants agreed to a $300 increase in rent and will sign a new lease. I don't want to buy it cash it there is a way to do 80% LTV on the appraised price. Do I assign the contract to myself?
