Marketing to Pre-forclosures?
From what I gather, white letters seem to be the way to go for probates! (Thank you Sharon Vornholt) Small yellow cards seem to be the way to go for absentee owners (Thanks Blair H) [<--Joshua Dorkin, couldn't tag him either! lol!] Sooo.. my questions is, what have wholesalers found to be the best method when marketing to pre-forclosures? :)
