Flipping/ Wholesaling RE in US from UK

Im based in the UK and looking to run a virtual wholesaling/ Lease options/ Flipping properties business.

The only things holding me back are the legalities. I am aware I can register an LLC in states like Wyoming, Nevada and Delaware and I think need an agent.

I have questions like how will I be paid, Ilegal entities and of course taxes. 

I would love to connect and maybe we can even jv for win-win.
