"Investor friendly" title company in Seattle

I am building my team and am looking for some assistance with finding an "investor friendly" title company in the Greater Seattle Area. I am specifically looking for them to help with wholesale deals - assignments, double closing and simultaneous closes. If anyone has a company/person they could refer me to that would be much appreciated.
