New Wholesaler And Ready To Network!

Johnelle Stevenson

Posted

Hello there! I am a up and coming wholesaler based out of the Eastern part of North Carolina. I'm excited to start this wholesaling journey and invest in real estate.

I am looking for some of the best ways to connect with serious cash buyers

I have a Facebook so if anyone can suggest a Facebook group that specializes in finding cash buyers that would be great

To anyone that might be interested in the Lenior to Pitt county area for investment properties then I'm looking forward to connecting

Thank you so much!!

@Johnelle Stevenson When I first started I attended REI groups, went on Facebook, went to local auctions, messaged individuals on Bigger Pockets, used Propstream, Bandit Signs, Trading Buyers List with people that are in the same area. There are just so many ways to build a buyers list but it comes from a personal relationship. Instead of just knowing them by email, try to build a relationship and talk to them over the phone or in person. This will establish trust and allow you to become a stronger Wholesaler/Investor. Hopefully that helps and good luck!
