Submitting an Offer (Wholesaling) via Email

Hey BP family,

I wanted to gain insight on how do you submit an offer via email particularly submitting your offer to a agent? What all should be included? What do you say in the email to where the agent understands your position on why your offer is below asking?

If someone could display an example of offer they sent via email or have a template that will be of much help.

Thank you

@Stephen Rembert  Ideally you shouldn't be making offers that are listed and have an agent.  They're looking for the highest and best offer, while you're looking for the lowest.  Your best value as a wholesaler is to find off the market properties.  Good luck!
