Looking for Connecticut wholesale purchase & sale agreements.

Hello, I'm from Connecticut and I'm searching for AB/BC purchase & sale agreements for wholesaling. I've been told that here in Connecticut dry closings aren't allowed and that the transaction has to be funded. I do have a transactional funding company I'm eyeing to work with recommended by an attorney. If anyone knows more information about this please let me know!

I'm also open to reading more about wholesaling in Connecticut and some tips to be more successful. I don't want to do wholesaling forever as I'm also looking to get my first rental property this year. I just want to raise some capital to reinvest into my real estate business. I hope for some positive and constructive feedback. Thanks! I hope everyone is staying safe!
