Seller is being bullied
I found a vacant house, contacted the owner, she was elderly and just moved into an apartment with her son. I asked if she was interested in selling her home. She said she was. I asked if she wanted me to spark to anyone about the property. She told I should call her son, I called him and told him I wanted to purchase he said great. They had on the market last year and couldn't sell it. We agreed on a price and I sent the contract. They signed. I found a buyer within a week. And had a close date. When I called to tell the owner of the close date, she told me she didn't know who I was?!! So I called the son and told him, He told me I need to talk to his uncle. Okay... I talk to the uncle and he tells me nobody signed any contract. The house isn't for sale. And he hangs up. Now I cant get a hold of the mother or the
son. The title was clear! What now
