I’ve got my process for marketing using “driving for dollars.” What is the next step in the wholesale process?!? Is it as simple as gathering all contact information for the property owners and then contacting them to see if they’re willing to sell? All advice welcome please!!

Your next step to scale is to build and purchase your lists so you can hit targeted groups of sellers. Doing this you can tailor your message. Split test with different methods to see what works best. Track all of your methods and KPIs to fine tune and keep scaling.
