finding buyers on listsource

hey! has anyone tried to get people who has bought properties in any zip code, area or street off listsource? i seen a presentation where they had the names of buyers of a specific area and it came from listsource. example; say im searching for a property i have under contract in iredell county on 123 main st. i seen where the guy had a buyer who purchased properties from that same county by zip code and what properties that they had bought previously.
