Every home I am trying to wholesale has not one recently sold comp in the area of the subject property. All the homes I come across have old comps from 2 to 3 years ago. I can't find not one recently sold comp in 2012 or 2013. I am going down a long list of homes I want to wholesale, but I am not having any luck so far. It will be hard to flip these homes to other investors if neither of us can determine what the home is worth. What other option do I have to resolve this issue with old comps from years back? I need to get some deals done.
