Wholesale lease option

I want to get into wholesale lease option I live in a small town there is a house that has been on the market for awhile that I thought about asking if they would be interested in lease option. I have been looking for the right contracts to use and the exact steps to take but haven’t been able to find. Was just wondering if I could get a little help with this. Thank you!
