Well, I was on Craigslist just messing around and then I was like, why not type in "wholesale" in the keyword search, let's see what happens. I found someone else who owns their own business and has been doing wholesaling for a while now.

He has agreed to take me under and let me be his first student, as he has been thinking about coaching for a while now.

I am meeting him on Saturday at Panera to discuss fees and everything!
