Wholesale deal question

I have a multifamily owner i cold called he said he would entertain an offer for 510k. I called 2 buyers and they both were interested but wanted the guys phone number.What should I do?

@Byron Scott First of all, entertaining an offer at $510k is not the same as accepting an offer at $510k. Second of all, absolutely not on sharing the phone number if you are trying to wholesale this deal. If you have buyers that want to buy then tell them you will get them whatever information they need to make a decision. Then get the info from the seller. You need to get a much firmer price commitment before you have the beginnings of a deal.
