Hello everyone, my name is William Alexander. I just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I am new to BP and to real estate period. This week my wife and I are about to get into wholesaling properties. We would like to focus on bank owned foreclosures because it seems that those are the deals that we can keep the most money in it for the buyers and our fee. Does anyone have any advice for dealing with banks and what my contract should look like to make it where I can still transfer it to one of my buyers
