-Wholesaler attempts acquisition on property.

-Homeowner needs close to ARV

-Wholesaler decides to bring realtor the listing

-Realtor does the work to get it sold

My question is how does the wholesaler get paid from this considering it was sold through the realtor?

How could this work?

Thanks for any advice!
