Acquiring wholesale documents

Hello all! I am venturing into note wholesaling and would like some advice on where I can obtain the legal documentations and how much it will cost. I know that I need a legally binding referral fee agreement, non-disclosure agreement as well as a note purchase agreement. I found two title companies that do note wholes but have yet to reach out because I'm not sure if I'd have to bring the paperwork myself or obtain it from them. I also wanted to know how much it would cost me for all three.
