Newbie Wholesaler in San Diego County
Hey guys, first post here so bear with me.
As the title says, I am new to wholesaling and I could use tips. Particularly on good, trusted places to find quality leads. Obviously I’m working on quite a limited budget since I’ve decided to begin my real estate journey with wholesaling. A lot of people said some of the best leads to use are the tax delinquency list because it is usually free and they are usually quite distressed and motivated to sell. In your experience is this a good place to start? If so, is there anyone in San Diego county who can help me navigate it? It’s quite confusing. And if not, what are better places to start? Really interested in not only answers to questions but also to just kinda reach out and get to know some of you. If anyone can point me in the right direction or just wants to network let me know.
Thanks!
