How to Wholesaling land

I got a lead from a postcard I sent out through the dealmachine app on a property, but instead the seller contacted me about a lot she had. It looks like you can put a double / shotgun home in place. She’s asking for$13,500, and of course I’ll talk her down to make a little profit for myself. The issue I’m having is with contracting the lot.

1. Do I lock it up on the contract the same way I would for a home?

2. Once I get the lot on contract do I immediately bring it to title? Or wait until I find an end buyer?
