Wholesale Lot in Contract (What to do)

Hello everyone!

So long story short been wholesaling for some time now and finally have something in contract BUT it’s just a piece of land here in Sacramento. It’s a tear down new build project that had a lot of upside for rents or duplex! If any of you have any strategies to sell or find buyers for this type of deal I would greatly appreciate the information and insight !
