Seeking REI education? Dont overlook youtube....

For the number of new folks on BP seeking advice and education, please dont overlook youtube videos for educational content. There are TONs of videos on youtube that give instructions on negotiation, wholesaling, flipping, estimating ARV, etc.

Of course, you will need to consider how legit the presenter is.....but, that also goes for the folks here on BP and anywhere else on the internet.

Hey Kenneth E. - thanks for the excellent tip. I've learned so much from YouTube it's crazy. During my "contracting" and maintenance years I would carry my iPhone with me and learn, on the job, how to do various jobs from watching YouTube videos.

I agree- a lot of the videos have sketchy presenters who are just trying to sell stuff. However, the cream usually rises to the top so it's not hard to find great content.
