Wholesaling experience in DFW, Primarily Tarrant County

Does anyone have experiences wholesaling SFH in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Primarily in Tarrant county?
If so, about how many deals have you done and how many per month?
I am curious because it seems harder and harder to find the right deal with the right amount of equity in. Most wholesalers I know give me deals with inflated numbers that I cannot buy or the profit is not enough. It seems that good deals are far and few between.
