Any tips on locating repair properties in bread and butter areas. What strategies do you typically use when locating properties for buyers?
How long can you typically keep a property under contract - does the seller and or agent set this? Can it be negotiated?
Are there any online tools or resources you look to identifying properties in bread and butter
Nationwide markets/neighborhoods
Are there some standard things that cash buyers will want to know about prior to purchasing a property? Does it vary? Things like -appraisal-home inspection-structure/termites/foundation/hot water heater/furniture etc.
