Hello experienced fallas!

I need some input and suggestions on how to find cash buyers locally and what strategies do you use?

Also what strategy do you think was most successful when it comes to searching for cash buyers?

Especially for wholesalers!

Any information given will help me out a ton!!! Thank you in advance.

@Taghrid Soliman In my market, we have Facebook REI groups that are extremely powerful for marketing purposes. The most effective way for me has been to look at the comment section of property posts and look for when these investors post their emails to get more information on a property. Write down their email address, and then reach out to them asking for their criteria. These buyers will be local to your market, active in the industry, and you will have a relationship with them personally! Hope this helps.
