Wholesaling Commercial

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to throw this out there to get some good feedback. Has anyone ever wholesaled a commercial deal?

I fully realize wholesaling anything is not as easy as some people make it out to be but in my thinking, wholesaling a commercial property could be very profitable due to the fact the sales price is usual fairly large.

I was just wondering what types of experiences and or advice you might have about this?

It seems like in theory it would be a great way to fund your buy and hold deals by raising the capital for down payments, that is if you know what you are doing and willing to do the work!
