Question about Accountants

Hey guys,

So my partner and I reside in NYC but we wholesale virtually in Memphis. We have our LLC set up there and do all our business there. We are actually heading down to Memphis in a few weeks. So my question is this should we get an accountant out here in NYC to advise us on how to handle our taxes or should we get a memphis accountant? I'm pretty sure the tax code is different but I just wanted to get some advise on how to handle it. Also if anyone can recommend an accountant in either memphis or nyc that could help us out. That'd be amazing, thanks in advance!
