Subject To wholesale deal in Fort Wayne, IN
Hi,
This is my first wholesale deal and the home owner so happens to have just about 0 Equity on the home in Indiana. I don’t want to walk away from the deal and was doing research on conducting a subject to. In terms on motivation, the seller would love cash in hand but with hardly no experience I’m not sure the correct steps in going with the subject to option. Any advice is good advice! Thank you.
